About the event

Supervision has a wellbeing element to it and allows employees to recognise the emotional and psychological impact of their work and helps to promotes self-care. Giving employees the time to reflect in this way gives them a sense of value and is shown to enhance morale within the workplace, reduces absenteeism and improves retention of staff.

  • What supervision is and why is it important?

  • How supervision improves the environment for the working community?

  • How supervision supports mental health and wellbeing, improving absenteeism, and retention of staff?

  • How to develop a supervision policy and embed supervision into the organisation.
